- The project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
- The client cancels the project before work has commenced, subject to any applicable cancellation fees outlined in the project proposal.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to our customer support team within 7 days of the issue arising.
- The refund request should include:
- Detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Relevant documentation or evidence supporting the request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3 business days.
3. Refund Disbursement
- If the refund request is approved:
- Payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Payments made via other methods will be refunded via the client's preferred method, subject to applicable processing fees or charges.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Any fees incurred for third-party services or resources purchased on behalf of the client.
- Fees for services already rendered or work completed up to the point of cancellation, as outlined in the project proposal.
5. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a resolution.
- If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the dispute to mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the governing law section of our Terms and Conditions.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
- Flatshop Web Services reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the revised refund policy.
